Its the darn catholics and evangelicals.
I’m sure she meant well and believed what she said. We have to remember that many of our parents grew up in a very different time, when information and knowledge wasn’t as available to everyone as it is today.
Now it’s our job and responsibility (I mean all of us) to help open minds and spread understanding and knowledge…
I’m not attracted to women, so I have zero interest in them sexually. I am attracted to guys, but even just thinking about gay sex literally makes me gag. It’s all just so unappealing.

I have insecurities but no phobia connected to sex per se. However, I do wish to the list of things that can make us afraid of sex, especially in this day and age: diseases, STDs to be precise. I know that everytime I have any kind of sexual interaction with someone, even though I’m always safe, there’s a moment when I think I might be putting my life on the line right here. The fear of getting AIDS surely also adds to the fear of sex in general. It only takes one moment. So be safe!!!
my friend is 18 yrs old, never had a girlfriend never had a date, hes going in to grade 12 and he said to me that he would like to get sexually active, but at the same time he says hes scared and afriad of exposing himself to another women and thus might have trouble trying to have sex with her. he says “it might not be big enough” of course he didn’t give me what inch it is and i told him, “its what you do with ‘it’ that counts” but hes still not sure

That´s a very complicated question… anyway it depends a lot on if you had parents or relevant people in your life who live sexuality as a normal thing… but the origin of this problems in humanity it´s something that has not a simple explanation.
We just need tons more of sexual education for all ages. Most of fears around sexuality come from imagination rather than knowing facts.
Education and communication are our heroes as always.

i have a friend. has her boyfriend. they r getting into the heat stage of their relationship but they dont do anything becusae she is 2 scared 2 pregnat & he is too scared of the same thing. on top of that, she is scared of what her parents might say & if anybody will notice or say anything, also of heartbreak. i say. once u do it. u´ll like it. and you´ll see its not so bad. the only u gotta do is conquer ur fear. and use proteccion our parents will get it. anybody else shouldn´t care.
