I don’t get turned on by a girl kissing my neck, but its nice when a girl kisses my cheek. When a girl is a little awkward it’s cute; its fine to by shy. Just don’t lunge at them, a girl I liked did that to me twice and I pulled away both times because I wasn’t expecting it.
Also really hot is the “almost kiss”. You pause with your lips as close to theirs as possible without touching. Then you could do it with a really slight touch, then a bit more. And eventually you both give in and start kissing. If you build up really slowly in this way it makes the kissing really satisfying in the end.

Ive been friends with a girl for about a month. We were hanging out alone and out of no where we wound up kissing each other. Found out we both were thinking it just didn’t know how to go about it. I found out that the only way I know if she wants to kiss me is when she stares at me and doesn’t say anything for about half a minor less. To me that screams “kiss me idiot”, so far I’ve never been wrong

Hey, as long as you’re both old enough to talk to each other at a mature level (one that doesn’t include cooties, lol) and you yourself think you’re old enough for one, then you should go for it. I’m kind of in the same situation right now, and we’ve both known each other for a really long time, so I’m having to work over the friend stage. But anyway, if you’re sure you see him looking at you, then work on getting to where you can talk to him comfortably. Flirt a little, and you’re on your way:)
